My number one priority is keeping you and your loved ones safe.
Through the hard work and collaboration between police and prosecutors, this year we have seen shootings decline 24 percent in the city and 33 percent in Queens compared to 2022. Murders are down 11 percent in the city and 39 percent in Queens.
There is always more to be done, but I am proud of the results my office has achieved in the fight to protect our neighborhoods… (continued)
