MALE 3-16-2000 UP6027

On March 16, 2000, skeletal remains were found wrapped in a rug on an abandoned road near 28th Avenue and Linden Place in Flushing, Queens. Fila sneakers and a gold chain were found among the remains. If you have any information as to the identity of the victim, please contact the NYPD Cold Case Squad or CrimeStoppers.

Physical description: Male, 20–30 years old, approximately 5’9”.
Distinctive feature: Healed fracture of left elbow (with plate and screws).
Personal items: Yellow metal chain with medallion of Jesus, size 10 “FILA” white sneakers (manufactured in 1990).
