On March 16, 1994, victim was found shot to death near 56th Street and Andrews Avenue in Maspeth. “Cannon” was tattooed across his stomach, “San Diego” was tattooed on his back, and sleeve tattoos of women were on both arms.
Physical description: Male 35-55 years old Approximately 5’2” and 142 pounds
Long, dark brown hair, in a ponytail
Dark brown mustache Brown eyes
Tattoo: “Cannon” tattoo across his stomach “San Diego” tattoo on his back “Sandra” tattoo on left chest Sleeve tattoos of women were on both arms
Clothing: “County Nuobo” black pants, multi-colored scarf, multi-colored shirt, long-sleeved shirt, jacket, and brown leather boots
