On August 17, 1997, the body of an unidentified female was found floating in Flushing River under Roosevelt Avenue and the Van Wyck Expressway.

Physical description: Female 35-50 years old Approximately 5’1” and 118 pounds Long curly brown hair Brown eyes
Clothing: Black pants, blue short-sleeved shirt with multiple black and white decorations, black underwear, white bra
Other items: One white bed sheet imprinted with “New York Hospital”
