On December 22, 2002, the body of an unidentified male was found near the shoreline opposite 155-61 Broad Street. He has a large blue-striped panther/tiger tattoo on his left forearm. Physical description: Light brown male, 18–30 years old 5’7”, 136 pounds Black scalp hair, tightly braided in rows Tattoo: Large black and white striped panther on left forearm Piercing: Left earlobe

Clothing: Blue denim jeans with blue lining; light-colored sweater; dark gray short-sleeved t-shirt; light-colored thermal underwear; net-type light-colored tank top

Personal belongings: Yellow metal stud in left earlobe
