語言訪問計劃

2017年7月,紐約市議會通過了第30號地方法律,規定所有城市機構都必須提供語言訪問。 該法律的關鍵要求之一要求每個城市機構指定一名語言訪問協調員,並制定和實施語言訪問實施計劃,以確保有意義的語言訪問其服務。

New York State’s language access policy requires certain public-facing agencies to offer interpretation services in any language and to translate important documents into at least the top twelve most common non-English languages in the state.
